The author explores the interconnection of the White Paper {\textquoteleft}China{\textquoteright}s Arctic policy{\textquoteright} with the implementation of the {\textquoteleft}Arctic Silk Road{\textquoteright}. As an outcome, the author indicates principles explaining China{\textquoteright}s Arctic behaviours in the long-term perspective.
