The effect of a static magnetic orthogonal field on tunneling of Dirac fermions in graphene through an external electrostatic potential barrier is studied asymptotically in semiclassical approximation. The fields are assumed to be smoothly inhomogeneous. Expressions for transfer matrix, reflection, and transmission coefficients are found.
