The study of this problem is an important part of solving the problem of transition to a new economic paradigm. Before proceeding to the solution of particular specific questions need to determine in the main basic definitions. Economic reality gives us many examples of adverse selection, opportunistic behavior and moral hazard, the continuing difficulties of market entities.
