Artificial intelligence is emerging as a significant tool for transforming the educational process, including the forms and modes of communication in higher education. This study aims to explore the role of AI in reshaping communication formats, defined here as both the channels of interaction between participants and their symbolic content. The methodology encompasses focus groups, secondary data analysis, and expert interviews. The findings outline key directions of transformation and highlight the prospects for the application of AI in education.
