abstract = "In the modern world, the Arctic is one of the most actively developing regions of the world. Interest in this area appeared in the XVI century and has not faded to this day. Currently, the Arctic has become a subject of interest for specialists in various fields: history, tourism, Economics, Geology, ecology, international relations and political science.
