Application of a variational principle conformal mappings solving a dynamic hydroelasticity problem. The elastic free vibrations of a cylindrical circular shell into a transverse flow of ideal incompressible fluid are analized. The variational principle of conformal mapping is used for solving a problem. In the basis of this principle the conformal mapping of deformal domain into the singular circle on auxiliary plane is obtained.
