N2 - For more than a year, Russia and the entire world are excited by the doping scandals. Currently, Russia has proven to be at the start of the creation of an effective system to combat performance-enhancing drugs. For this purpose, the professional standards of athletic performance were adopted, which stipulate that every sports school or sports center should have an anti-doping expert. In 2018 the Russian Federation will host the FIFA World Football Cup. Measures preventing doping violations will include application of the provisions of the FIFA Disciplinary Code (FDC), the FIFA Anti-Doping Regulations, as well as the special regulations of the Russian national legislation.
