N2 - Experimental data on excitation functions of elastic and inelastic scattering and energy dependence of probabilities for population of magnetic substates of the 21+ (1.78 MeV) state in the 28Si nucleus at scattering angles χplab = 52° - 168° in the region Eplab = 5.37 - 5.65 MeV are analyzed. Quantum characteristics and partial widths Γo and Γl′j′ of (21+) resonances are determined. © 2005 by Allerton Press, Inc.
