N2 - The elementary solution of the plane elasticity problem, known as Kelvin problem, is constructed for one low compressible material. The complex approach allows to obtain the unknown solution of the nonlinear problem in the analytical form. It is established that the classical condition of the perturbation attenuation as moving away from the point of the force application is not fulfilled. Nevertheless, the conditional stresses have the standard order of the singularity near this point.
