A device for measuring electric parameters of dielectrics by the pulse polarization method, operating with a computer, whose connection is provided by a universal serial data transmission line in the on-line mode, is described. A consideration of the dielectrometric response shape made it possible to sufficiently reduce the measurement time. The principle of this measurement method consist in recording time moments of crossing equidistant voltage thresholds with a 10-7-s resolution. The threshold voltages are set by a 12-bit digital-to-analog converter graduated to 2.5 mV. The measurement error is <1%.
