A problem of finding ways to strengthen the family, stabilize family relations, and bring up children on the basis of the principles of environmental friendliness and harmony is becoming urgent in the context of the digital transformation of society, which was accelerated by the coronavirus pandemic. In this connection, the article substantiates the need for programs of additional educational training (AET), which would contribute to the emergence of a strong and harmonious family on the basis of the formation of its spiritual and moral foundations and value and semantic orientations. The research objective is development of an educational program of additional educational training, which implements ways to increase the stability of the family and the possibility of its opposition to the challenges of society in the context of the increasing digitalization and negative factors affecting human health in the post-covid epoch. The main methodological basis was the works of B.G. Ananyev, M. Rokich, Sh. Schwartz, D. A. Leontyeva, I.G. Senina, G. Crambo, A.H. Leontyev, S.L, Rubinshtein, I.S. Cohn and A. Maslow. To conduct an empirical research, we used the methodology of "Semantic Life Orientations" by D. A. Leontyeva and the methodology of "Value Questionnaire" by Sh. Schwartz. To identify the subject of correctional and preventive work, an empirical study of value-semantic orientations of schoolchildren of adolescence and early youth was carried out. It confirmed the relevance of the problem and contributed to the selection of the directions and sections in the development of a program of an additional educational training (AET). The technology of creating the AET program for strengthening the family is given. Specific elements of the program and supporting schemes are presented, such as the possibility of using the author's metaphorical associative cards with an ethnic element for the formation of ethnic identity and ethnic tolerance, and conducting trainings on the development of personal qualities, morality, citizenship, the formation and correction of value-semantic orientations.
