The problem of tuning of adjustable parameters of a nonlinear system to unknown values ensuring the desired bifurcation properties is introduced. An adaptive output feedback control algorithm providing solution of the problem for nonlinear systems with high relative degree from adjusted parameters to measured output is proposed. Several application examples are presented.
