The model of shipping construction cargo from initial point to the destination point is formalized and studied in this paper. The possible shipping routes are represented as network. Each edge of such network is possible mode of cargo shipping (by rail transport, air transport). These edges compose the full route from the initial point to the final point. In the network there are several possible routes of cargo transportation from the initial point to the destination point. The choice of route by transportation organizer depends on the cost of cargo transportation. The transportation organizer chooses the optimal route according to the optimality principle, compromise solution.
