A two-person game simulating the behavior of auction participants has been considered. This auction has been relative to closed type auctions with the discriminating pricing. The perfect investigation of the game model has been carried out. The set of all situations of Nash equilibria in mixed strategies has been constructed. It has been shown that the unique Pareto-optimal solution has been on the Nash equilibrium set and it has been calculated in the explicit form.
