Under the assumption that the interaction of two quasi-molecular states in the process of an atomic collision can be described by Demkov's model, the problem on the shape of optical emission (absorption) spectra formed as a result of radiative deexitation of these states is solved. Simple analytical expressions are obtained and numerical calculations are carried out, which make it possible to follow the spectrum transformation as a function of the nonadiabiticity parameter. The satellite formed within the framework of this model is studied in detail as a function of the parameters of the problem. The nature of the appearance of this satellite is shown to be closely related to the process of collision-induced emission.
