A physicochemical model and the corresponding mathematical description of chromatomembrane liquid sorption of trace amounts of admixtures from gaseous flows with chemical binding of sorbates were proposed. The adequacy of the model was tested for the absorption of formaldehyde by water and sodium bisulfate solutions.
