The theory of the equation of state formulated earlier and based on excluded volume analysis was tested for the example of a binary system of hard spheres with a 1:5 ratio between sphere radii. The equations for both rarefied and dense states are analyzed in terms of the hierarchy of approximations. The equation of state for the entire density range is in close agreement with computer simulation results.
