N2 - The problem of multicriteria choice involving a set of feasible decisions, a vector criterion, and a binary preference relation used by a decision-maker is considered. For the first time, a set of axioms is formulated that enable one to prove that the application of the Edgeworth-Pareto principle is logically justified for a broad class of multicriteria choice problems.
