The results of the detailed kinematic study of the pair of interacing galaxies NGC 5953/54 (Arp 91, VV 244, Mrk 1512) are presented. The spectral observations of the members of the pair were made using 2,6-m telescope of Buyrakan Astrophysical Observatory and 6-m telescope of Special Astrophysical Observatory. The heliocentric systemic velocities of the galaxies are 1994+/-5 km/s (NGC 5953) and 1848+/-10 km/s (NGC 5954). The derived rotation curves of galaxies show a significant asymmetry and at different position angles demonstate both decrease and increase of radial velocities as compared with circular motion. The standard kinematical parameters of galaxies a.re determined.
