With the help of Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC, which includes all types of communications except oral speech) and modern mobile technologies, it is possible to allow people with speech and language disorders to interact with each other and eliminate the relational barrier.

Also it could be important from doctors’ perspective to be informed about condition of patients with such disorders regardless location, make behavioral analysis and organize virtual concilia with other doctors.

So, the combination of this two ideas would allow to create a platform that would solve communication problem for disabled people from one side, and allow doctors to monitor patients’ communication, store medical records for organizing group discussions and diagnosis from another side.

In this article we suggest a concept of combination of described two approaches in one unified E-Health platform. We presented architecture of server and mobile applications, optimal choice of data storages and communication protocols for operating in one private network.
