The offer of the Russian President to use the potential of the Constitution made it possible to introduce a number of amendments to the Basic Law relating to economic, political, social problems of modern Russian society. The creation of new approaches to the theoretical substantiation of legal regulation based on the constitutionally designated priorities of the modern Russian state in the article is analyzed through the model of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
