This article studies the official evaluations of Warsaw Pact invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968 made by Russian authorities. The paper focuses on Czech-Russian relations for the period from the emergence of the Czech Republic in 1993 until the present day. The evaluations were also analyzed by putting them in the context of Russian policy of memory that has been working out during that time.
