Posttraumatic gonarthrosis is a frequent disease among the adult population. In the early stages, the conservative methods of treatment are used. In particular, to reduce pain and improve the joint functional state in modern practice there used widely a chondroprotector of no analogues – Alfutop. is drug is a bioactive concentrate of four species of small marine fishes. e article presents the results of a clinical study proving good dynamics of pain syndrome and the knee joints functional state in patients with posttraumatic gonarthrosis of the frst and second stages on the background of Alfutop use.
