The paper provides the systematization of efficiency drivers of IPO from company’s and investors’ points of view. Basing on the analysis of innovative companies, that placed shares within Nasdaq in 2017, the influence of IPO on main financial indicators was determined. In light of key factors, that maximize the offering price we suggest the recommendations on refining the IPO strategy for innovative companies.
