In the article discusses some key problems of formation of national philosophy of law
of XIX–XX centuries. In this context, examines religious and secular concepts views on state and law. A special place is the study of the theoretical and practical sides of the logos of Russian law, its relationship to the global trends in the national political and legal consciousness.
