The article data on the study of reflection spectra of hard tooth tissues and dental restoration materials are presented. The reflection spectra of the studied samples on an automated spectrofluorimeter "FLUORAT-02-PANORAMA" were recorded. Spectral dependences of the reflection coefficient of enamel and dentin grinds, as well as intact teeth of patients of different ages were obtained. The reflection spectra of dental restoration materials: "Filtek Z 550 A2", "Filtek Z 550 B2", "Filtek Z 550 C2", "Filtek Z 550 D3", "Filtek Z 550 OA2", "Filtek Z 550 OA3" were analyzed. A comparative characteristic of the reflecting properties of hard dental tissues of patients of different age groups and composites were given.
