The evaporation processes of the TiO2-CeO2-ZrO2 system were studied by high-temperature mass spectrometry. The values of TiO2 and CeO2 activities at a temperature of 2250 K were determined, indicating a positive deviation from the ideal behavior of TiO2 activity and an increase in the activity coefficient of CeO2 in comparison with the binary system CeO2-ZrO2.
