Steroid secretory cells were studied in Cherry salmon juveniles aged 0+ and 1+, which were exposed to estradiol at a dose of 100 mg / kg feed for 28 days. Exposure led to a decrease in the number of sex cells in the ovaries in females of both age groups. The activity of steroid secretory cells in experimental fish aged 0+ increased, but the cells themselves were still only in the stroma of the gonads and were not found in the theca and granulosa of the follicles. At the age of 1+, in experimental females, secretory activity decreased, up to the disappearance of these cells as part of the theca follicles.
