In this work nanocomposites FeCl3@ОСНТ and FeI2@ОСНТ were prepared via capillary filling of single-walled carbon nanotubes channels by melts of FeCl3 and FeI2 with slowly cooling to room temperature for better crystallization. Samples were characterized by HRTEM, Raman spectroscopy, NEXAFS and XPS. The influence of guest compounds on nanotubes electronic structure was studied.
