This paper considers dynamic voltage scaling approach for optimization of power consumption. It is proposed to use randomized method optimization of average risk and adaptive algorithms as a basement for dynamic scheduler of voltage. Example of usage simultaneous perturbation stochastic approximation algorithm is demonstrated.
