the purpose of this article is to analyze the trust management agreement in the context of Part 7 of Article 11 of the Federal Law of July 26, 2006 N 135-
FZ «On Protection of Competition», namely, it seems interesting to determine the presence or, on the contrary, the inability to recognize persons who have entered into a trust management agreement as controlled by a group of persons under part 7 of Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Competition.
