The method for solution of damped vibrations of laminated anisotropic composite thin-walled beams of closed cross-section contour is suggested. The elastic eigenvalue problem is solved on the basis of Ritz's method. An iteration method of the third precision order is used to find the frequency equation complex roots for the damped vibration problem. The convergence and reliability estimations of the elaborated mathematical description are shown.
