This article considers the biography of Nicholas of Japan during the Russian-Japanese war. Also, his role in facilitating the fate of Russian prisoners of war in Japan was analyzed. This article was prepared on the basis of the analysis of special literature, as well as directly diary of Nicholas of Japan.
