N2 - The decision of the important methodological problem connected with an estimation of influence of party systems of regions in the Russian Federation (two-party system with the dominating party, the moderate multi-party system with dominating party, extremely a multi-party system with competing parties) on quantity of places in the regional parliaments received by various parties is offered. To conclude: strengthening of role of parties on regional elections (refusal from mixed proportional-majority system) in the further will strengthen mobilization abilities of these organizations. Correlation and regression analysis is executed on the basis of the data of parliamentary elections in 25 regions of Russian Federation.
