In the study, the psycho-emotional states (stress, anxiety, and depression) of the group of it-company workers (N = 23, 6 males and 17 females, age 30.00 ± 5.67 years) were three times consecutively evaluated — before the lockdown, during the stringent lockdown, and after returning to the usual way of life and work. The evaluation was performed with the means of the testing program that utilizes the DASS-21 inventory personally delivered to respondents through the Telegram app. The initial state of the sample was evaluated as no stress, anxiety, and depression. It was found that administering quarantine measures has led to a significant (p = 0.003, T-Wilcoxon) rise of stress state (55,4 %). Significantly higher stress (40,2 %, р = 0.027, T-Wilcoxon) was persisting after returning to the conventional way of life and work. The percentage of persons in the sample without stress has lowered, while the number of those with extremely high level has grown significantly (4 times) during containment measures (p = 0.031, Friedman test). At the same time, there were no changes in the severity of anxiety and depression. The observed psychological status is probably due to peculiarities of the occupation of this contingent and measures of social support introduced by the company. However, residual higher stress level indicates the continuing danger of impairment of the psychological state in the context of the pandemic.
