In this paper, an attempt was made to study the attitude of Russians to quarantine and self-isolation during the Covid-19 period. An author's questionnaire was developed (Ya.S. Bukova, P.I. Letyagin, 2021), aimed at studying the impact of coronavirus restrictions on the mental state of citizens. The work also presents sociological data reflecting the employment of the population, the type of activity and information about the receipt of news data on the number of victims of the pandemic during quarantine (30.10.2021-7.11.2021) associated with Covid-19. We have compiled a methodology with a high degree of internal consistency (A=0.97), in the future it is planned to allocate scales corresponding to each symptom of stress, rather than using a general stress scale.
