N2 - It was revealed for the first time that the spectral flux of sub-millimeter emission increases with frequency between 93 and 140 GHz. Images showed a good correlation of the soft X-ray and ultraviolet (131 A) sources of emission asdistinguished from the H-alpha ones. The time profiles of the hard X-ray and microwave emission had similar behavior while the maximum of the sub-THzemission coincided with the maximum of the SXR one. On the basis of the SDO/AIA data the differential emission measure was found. The thermal coronal plasma with the temperature above 0.5 MK can not be responsible for the observed sub-THz flare emission because of the small emission fluxes. The non-thermal gyrosynchrotron mechanism can explain the spectral peculiarities but it suggests huge values of the hard X-ray flare emission. The observed sub-millimeter spectral characteristics canbe explained by the thermal bremsstrahlung emission of the plasma with the temperature of about 0.1 MK.
