The article focuses on the Chinese woodblock print book “Huang
Qing zhi gong tu”. Studying and analyzing this book helps to reveal essential ele; ments that shaped the general picture of the Chinese worldview as well as to come to a better understanding of both objective factors and internal motives that deter; mined the foreign policy of the Qing Empire.
