The article is devoted to a research of the structure of the Boyarskaya duma and Court ranks in Ivan III's reigning (1462-1505). The author discuss with the opinions of A. A. Zimin about the appointments to the Duma and offer own reconstruction of nobleman carriers and the chronology of court appointments, based on more attentive reading of already known documents and on attraction of the new, earlier not being used records. In particular, the name of M. B. Pleshcheev is added to the boyars list of Ivan III'. The author put under doubts the granting by the highest ranks of N. F. Basenok, prince V. V. Shestun, Yu. V. Shestak, B. V. Kutuzov, K. G. Zabolotsky. All doubtful cases of receiving the court ranks are considered.
