The review acquaints the reader with the book of professor of St. Petersburg State University V.V. Kolesov of «Kontseptologiya» which represents a course of lectures for students of a magistracy. The main positions of the author in a view of «concept» as the term of the lingvo-philosophical level designating special unit of a cogitative order - «the sense which didn’t take shape» are lit. The term «concept» demands clear and linguistic definition: the broad use it without substantial borders involves the expected devaluation of the linguistic direction what the kontseptologiya is.
