The questions of membership, features of development and reforms of the Monarch Court in the period of the Boyar rulling (1533-1547) are considered in the article. The author focuses attention on results of land imposition of noblemen in 1530-1540th, grants of lands to representatives of court elite in 1539-1540. Data from the cadastral books of Novgorod of the 1530th and Tver of 1539/1540, a fragment of the description of estate and private lands of the Moscow state of 1542/1543, information from military and monastery books, sinodiki are attracted to substantiality of conclusions.
