This report is devoted to the problem of numerous and various war crimes during the World War II. The authors especially described and studied the cases of the tremendous destructions and terrible, brutal murders of masses of prisoners of war and civil population on the territory of the United SSR during the Great Patriotic War. Also the historians took into account and described the similar cruel and brutal cases in the history of wars. Scholars condemned such criminal methods to conduct military operations against the enemy troops and peaceful civil population.
