In the past few decades, the concept of "sharing economy" has become widespread in the world, which, for various social and economic reasons, as well as with the emergence of a parallel virtual world of information technology, has resulted in a shift in focus in the middle class of developed countries from the concept of "ownership of things" to "use of infrastructure". This concept has shown particularly strong growth in real estate and car sharing.
