Korean Peninsula Crises are of cyclical nature. The main aim of them is to achieve bilateral negotiations with the USA and to confirm this way the status of a full-fledged nuclear power with a legitimate regime. During the 2017-2018 Crisis was influenced greatly by the personality factor as the U. S. President Donald Trump became the first leader of the United States who have met the head of North Korea within the frameworks of a dialog on an equal basis. Besides, the USA had used new methods of putting pressure on DPRK including sanctions which were joined by Russia and China. At another point Russian Federation and People's Republic of China made a significant investment to establishing a peaceful multilateral dialog, however their Road map was left without due attention.
