In the Russian Empire in the XIX century. for committing any crime against faith there was a certain responsibility, even criminal. It was in the middle of the XIX century. changes have occurred in the Russian judicial system, thanks to which a certain procedure for considering religious crimes has been developed. The article is devoted to their analysis.
