Due to the properties of linguistic units of various levels to compression, the need and the possibility of naming complex situations and events in a concise form collocations with the coordinated so-called special adjective appeared in Russian speech. Similar constructions with the noun vopros ‘question’ abound in Russian journalism
of the 19th century. They have a number of features, which are discussed in this article
