The authors review the Energy Markets: Legal Regulation Issues and Tasks collective monograph. It is noted that the research has been carried out based on the current state of the legal regulation of energy markets of the Russian Federation, there have been defined the tasks of the legal regulation of common energy resource markets of the Eurasian Economic Union, drafted justified conclusions and recommendations for solution of issues and elimination of gaps in the legal regulation of energy markets: electrical energy, gas, oil and oil product markets. Research of issues of the legal regulation of energy markets is extremely relevant for the development of the energy law science. Scientific ideas, an analysis of laws and the law enforcement practice can be useful for further scientific research in energy law, law making activities aimed at the development of the legal regulation of energy markets.
