Introduction: to date, habitual noncarrying of pregnancy is considered as a multifactorial problem. The etiology remains unknown in 50 % of cases. The place and role of somatic pathology in the development of recurrent pregnancy loss remain poorly understood. Materials and methods: to evaluate the efficiency of correction of violations of microbial-tissue complex of the intestine and the vagina in the period of pregravid preparation in patients with recurrent pregnancy losses in anamnesis and associated chronic hepatobiliary pathology we observed 45 patients. Conclusion: the inclusion of prebiotic complex in the scheme of pregravid preparation in women with recurrent miscarriage history and concomitant chronic pathology of the gastrointestinal tract, combined with the violations to dysbiotic microbiota of the intestine and the vagina, leads to more pronounced positive dynamics of clinical picture of the pathology of the digestive system and bacterial vaginosis, normalization of microecology of intestines and vagina.
