In order to study the state of the organs and tissues of the chewing apparatus when the body is exposed to general vibration and the possibilities of pharmacological correction of morphological and functional changes in the experiment on white rats, a systematic effect of vertical general vibration with a vibration frequency of 50 hz, a vibration acceleration of 0.35 m/s or 63.5 DB, vibration velocity - 0.12 m/s or 100 dB, with an amplitude of 2 mm, in addition, simulated the vibration effect against the background of intraperitoneal injections of antihypoxant amtizol (25 mg/kg) and the adaptogen ethylthiobenzimidazole (12.5 mg/kg), and their combinations. Investigated the morphofunctional state of nerve fibers by determining the optical density of the products of cytochemical reactions to identify noradrenaline, acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase in them. The intensity of luminescence of norepinephrine in the nerve fibers after exposure to vibration compared with the control increased, which may indicate the generalization of excitation in the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system; the optical density of the product of the histochemical reaction of both enzymes is reduced in the nerve trunks of the parotid gland, and BTh - in the nerve fibers of the perivasal plexus of arterioles, which indicates the inhibition of their activity. Pharmacologic prophylaxis with the help of an antihypoxant and an adaptogen reduces the negative impact of vibration on the body of an experimental animal.
