The need to support citizens' actions of the state, largely determines the effectiveness of its activities. The creation of a modern model of Russian constitutionalism in many respects depends on ensuring coordination between citizens and authorities, which suggests the importance of exploring the foundations, ensuring this trust. One of the most important principle is the principle of ensuring citizens' confidence in the law and actions of the state, which were formulated by the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation as constitutional. The aim of this research is to analyze the legal framework for the implementation of the principle of maintaining trust through the model of decisions of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation, in a systematic relationship with other constitutional principles.
